Is there nothing better than inferior to this death dance of the birds with a touch of classical poetry? We, the society are nothing more than flying in a classical style of dance.

Darren Deicide Tours from New York City to Chicago
November, 2011 - In anticipation of the "Bomb This Joint" 7-inch vinyl record being released this spring, Darren Deicide takes his raucous one-man rock n' roll show on a 2 week tour from New Jersey to Chicago and back playing cities he hasn't visited in over a year on the "800 Miles to Chicago Tour". Tour begins November 17th and continues until December 4th.
Tour kicks off in Jersey City at a free listening party for the upcoming "Bomb This Joint" 7-inch vinyl record and Brownbird Rudy Relic's "I Am The Juke!". Pounding Pavement Music, Reltone Records, Ever Reviled Records, and Old Nick Magazine will be there. Marilyn Mansfield, who stars in "The Cocaine Song" music video, TLC's "Obsession Collection", and is the 1st "Old Nick chick" will be there with Old Nick Magazines for sale. The tour also includes the Skyland Roller Girls season wrap up at the historic Stanhope House in Stanhope, NJ, which will be attended by the Skyland Roller Girls who will be signing their new 2012 Skyland Roller Girl calendar. From there it will be all points in-between and 3 shows in the Chicagoland area. Besides the usual merchandise, Darren Deicide will have the new "Cocaine Song" music video on DVD that has extras and comes with a "Cocaine Song" shirt. Darren Deicide plays a roots-influenced style of rock n' roll that takes from contemporary and traditional elements to form a sound that has been described in one review as "raw bluesy, punk by a one-man dervish". A “Happy Halloween!” to true Satanists the world over.
Magus Gilmore’s perspective concerning this holiday has become a tradition for our site:
Tonight is the night when the mundane folk try to reach down inside and touch the darkness—which for we Satanists is a daily mode of existence. Particularly in the United States, Halloween is a time for celebrating “monster films,” wearing costumes of a macabre nature, and evoking the thrill of “fun fear.” Children of all ages can indulge their fantasies by donning garb that allows for intense role playing and the release of those demonic cores, oft-hidden in the oubliettes of their psyches.
Though there are traditions which make this an occasion for recalling the dead, it has been popularized as a time to play with what historically were fears directed towards the unquiet spirits of the departed. And the grand traditional question “Trick or treat?” has become a means for fulfilling an indulgence in sweets, without the need to resort to the optional coercion. We embrace what this holiday has become, and do not feel the need to be tied to ancient practices. Satanists smile at the amateur explorers of their own inner darkness, for we know that they enjoy their brief dip into the pool of the “shadow world.” So on this night of magic and mystery, we encourage their tenebrous fantasies, the candied indulgence, and the wide-ranging evocation of our aesthetics (while tolerating some of the chintzy versions), even if it is but once per annum. At other times of the year, when those not of our tribe shake their heads in wonder at us, we can point out that they may find some understanding by examining their own All Hallows Eve doings, as an alternative to our recent favored saying: “We’re just part of the Addams clan.”

It is a group show displaying the art of the Chilean artists:

DIEGO OLIVARES, APABLAZA BASCHMANN Y DANIELA LEONAll the artists were inivited to submit pieces inspired by the film noir genre. In addition to the art work displayed the show features a collective work: archetypal pictures created by Leonardo Casas with some of the artists in free form around the characters of the film noir genre.
The pieces embody an idealized visual language with a strong mythic aura, presenting a deep and mysterious aesthetic.
Artists and audience virtually travel in time.
After being out of distribution for a few months, Nocturnes For Nightmares, the spine-chilling debut from Gyps Fulvus, has been revamped and re-released on CD for $9.99. It contains the original 12 compositions digitally remastered, as well as new artwork and liner notes designed and written by Citizen Twisted Jenius.
Originally released in 2010, Nocturnes For Nightmares has been gaining an underground cult following worldwide while being praised for its frightening, dissonant qualities. Satanism Lecture by Reverend Kevin I. Slaughter
Underworld Amusements is pleased to release the video of a lecture given on March 1st of this year when Kevin I. Slaughter was invited to speak on the topic of Satanism for a class at the Maryland Institute College of Art. Filmed in HD and edited to include quite a few graphics not presented in the original lecture, we hope that for those already familiar with Satanism there is enough to still keep you interested and possibly entertained, and those who aren't familiar with the subject will be informed.

A noisy, apocalyptic death metal blast written in Japan in 2000 is sure to appeal to fans of such bands as Celtic Frost, Destruction, Asphyx, Obituary and the like. This is the first collaboration between myself and super drummer Ettichai Bungaew, aka Roy. I am happy to have such a renowned drummer as Roy involved with this project. Roy, known in Thailand as drummer of Carnivora, Heretic Angels, Tornado, and Mor Samran band, is an in-demand session player and master teacher. We'll be working on more songs as the weeks progress, with a goal toward doing some studio recording in the near future.

Today, those who have embraced the title Satanist might recall that it is the anniversary of the birth of Magus Anton Szandor LaVey. We owe him a debt for creating a rational, skeptical, pragmatic philosophy which embraces the human animal for all the glories and ghastliness of which our species is capable. He properly named it after Satan, that mythical adversary of all stultifying spiritual conventions, inspiring the like-minded with such apt symbolism, and he called for responsible individuals to hold themselves as their own highest value.
It is always a pleasure to contemplate the rich imagery that our founder, an admitted showman, crafted with care, and below you’ll find links to collections of such curated by Warlock Draconis Blackthorne.
I suggest to all who visit this page to follow the example of Dr. LaVey and in honor of the memory of this man who moved the world according to his will, to take some time and partake of a pleasure that you yourself deem particularly satisfying. Magister Netherworld art directed and styled this video for the Five Points Band. It was shot on locations in Poughkeepsie and features scenes shot in the Cunneen Hacket center where Edgar Allen Poe had lectured. The song recounts a true tale of a crime of passion and the river that almost kept its secret.

Your humble proprietor -- the spy who loved you -- leaves you now for assignments far less glamorous yet equally vital to our national interests. (Federal expenditures run rampant, and yet there's no budget for good old-fashioned psy ops?)
We, the store that is, leave in the knowledge that you are far better for having known us (aren't you? of course you are!), and we thank you for your six years of camaraderie.
If GERM had died with our beloved founder Jennifer in that dark Spring of 2007, our story would be sad and little more. But we persevered, transmuting grief and forging a cultural institution that left its mark, not only on Philadelphia, but the world. Our event series became legendary, as suppressed ideas rose to the surface with varying degrees of security risk. We hosted the famous, the infamous and the "prudently unadvertised." I seem to recall some great music and a craft group, as well!
