Tattoo artist and Church of Satan Reverend Andy Howl returns to Tampa this weekend, August 19 & 20 for the 2nd Annual Tabernacle of Oddities event. The yearly event features over 50 vendors selling oddities such as taxidermy, gothic jewelry, original art, plus live sideshow acts, full bar, food trucks and more. Rev.
