The administration of the Church of Satan is pleased to note that non-theistic religions such as ours are now covered in the newly revised International Religious Freedom Act of 1998 signed into law on December 16th. Non-belief is now legally recognized as being equal to theism and similarly protected. We commend this rational progress towards equity of treatment. —Magus Peter H. Gilmore
